The shipment of the package
We ship from Italy throughout Europe
Delivery is available from Monday to Friday. Orders placed will be delivered from a minimum of 3 working days to a maximum of 7 working days following the processing day. No deliveries are made on weekends. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday. In the event that the delivery date coincides with a public holiday, the order will be delivered on the first available working day. During the Italian national holidays no deliveries are made. Shipping costs must be added to the product price and can be viewed at checkout. Shipping to France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria (excluding islands) costs € 9.90. For countries not listed you will find the cost of shipping in the checkout phase or you must contact customer service to request authorization to purchase by writing to the following email address: email@example.com.
The products purchased with the bank transfer payment method are shipped once the credit has been received on the current account of the company Tamaiti S.r.l.s. When the package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to click and follow the delivery that takes place between 9.00 and 18.00, from Monday to Friday. Times may change depending on the area.
We recommend checking the link to be updated in real time on any possible changes. Access the "My orders" section to check your shipment. Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day of receipt of payment and are shipped with courier tracking. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each of them.
The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the order. The returned product must be intact, undamaged, unused or washed, with the original label and box where present. Read the following instructions carefully.
Important. Once the return has been requested, it is necessary to wait for the indications of the company Tamaiti Srls for the shipment of the product which are usually communicated within 24 / 48h. You must not in any way make the return shipment of the product with your own courier. In this case the shipping costs for the return will be charged to the customer. The refund in case of return will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return. The reimbursement excludes all ancillary costs paid (express shipping and cash on delivery); only the cost of the product and standard shipping will be refunded € 8.90 or € 9.90 if paid. The shipping costs for returns from customers residing outside Italy are charged to the customer.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES CAREFULLY TO MAKE A RETURN
FREE TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER
The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the product purchase contract stipulated with the soc. Tamaiti s.r.l.s. within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal expires at the end of the (14th) (fourteenth) consecutive day starting from the day following that on which the CUSTOMER, or a third party designated by him other than the distributor, acquired physical possession of the product or last product, in the case of several goods ordered in one order and delivered separately. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER undertakes to communicate to the soc. Tamaiti S.r.l.s. by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org your decision to terminate the contract with an unequivocal declaration of termination.
In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that the CUSTOMER's communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of this termination term.
Alternatively, the CUSTOMER can exercise the right of withdrawal in the following ways:
1. Account on Tamaiti.it: Access your account .--> Click on Orders -> Identify the single product to be returned ---> click on return and follow the instructions; Only in the case of return of the product for defects and / or faults, at the same time, send suitable photographic documentation to the email address email@example.com
PRODUCT RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal from the contract with the soc. Tamaiti Srls, the CUSTOMER is required to return the product (s) in perfect condition without any sign of misuse or damage and without signs of manipulation complete with all components and accessories, instructions and packaging original. The return of the product (s) may take place until the end of the 14th (fourteenth) consecutive day from the day of delivery, to the address indicated by the company. Tamaiti S.r.l.a. in the instructions sent to the CUSTOMER. Likewise, the packaging must be suitable and intact. If the CUSTOMER does not respect the above conditions, the soc. Tamaiti S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the termination of the contract and to return the product (s) and, consequently, not to reimburse the CUSTOMER for the payments made.
The security thread on items that are returned must not be cut or broken.
The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
Each garment must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received with the order.
All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear.
Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with original accessories, components and artwork. They must also be properly packaged in the same way they were received.
Returns must be shipped in suitable packaging for shipping the items, which must be well sealed with adhesive tape.
In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by TAMAITI.IT, the customer is invited to immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tamaiti.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
Returns authorized by TAMAITI.IT must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
TAMAITI.IT reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than that indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for TAMAITI.IT or requires collection at a branch of the courier itself.
TAMAITI.IT also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Any acceptance of such returns, however, entails a charge equal to 15% of the value of the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the TAMAITI.IT site is excluded for:
a) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.
b) the supply of goods which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly. By way of example and not limited to, the following products are certainly excluded from the withdrawal: - Some items in the Underwear section (where expressly indicated). - Articles of the Beauty section (where expressly indicated).
For each good to which the exclusion of withdrawal applies, TAMAITI.IT provides the consumer customer with a specific indication directly in the product sheet.
However, TAMAITI.IT has the right to accept the request for withdrawal also for the goods excluded from this right, if at its sole discretion it deems it appropriate for justified reasons.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.
In case of withdrawal from the contract with the soc. Tamaiti Srls, this will reimburse the CUSTOMER within 14 days of receipt of the product / s for the payments made, including the standard shipping costs if paid (except for the additional costs deriving from the choice of a delivery method other than the most advantageous one of normal sending indicated by the company Tamaiti srls. The company Tamaiti srls will make the refunds using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER in the initial operation, unless otherwise expressly agreed by the CUSTOMER; in any case, the CUSTOMER does not incur any cost following this reimbursement In case of return of the product (s), the reimbursement of the purchase price will be made by the company Tamaiti Srls after the validation of compliance with the return conditions described above.
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE, COMPLAINTS AND AFTER SALES ASSISTANCE
Any complaints about the products sold on the WEBSITE or issues relating to after-sales assistance must be sent to the soc. Tamaiti srls through the e-mail address email@example.com. Complaints will be duly evaluated by the soc. Tamaiti S.r.l.s and will receive an adequate response. The same means of contact may be used by the USER for all matters relating to the Customer Service, including help and advice.
